I just bought a case of mangoes, and so I’ve been indulging in this incredible breakfast for the last few days. It’s hard to believe that I voluntarily bought a mango for the first time in my life only last month. Until then, I’d been given a couple mangoes here and there, and I always just thought they tasted like carrots…and soap. What?!
So, I hadn’t even tried a fresh mango in four or five years — not since going vegan. Now I have to admit, there’re absolute heaven! Best. Fruit. Ever. The only thing I have to figure out is which to get next, ataulfo or those red and green ones. Any preference?
