Vegan Blackberry and Banana Custard

Here’s what I had for dessert while inside sheltering myself from the snow!

I had a couple ripe bananas lying around, so I sliced them up and layered them over a wheat biscuit. Then I topped this with vegan coconut milk custard, and a fruit compote of blackberries, gooseberries, rhubarb, and apples – all picked from the garden last summer and stored for the winter.
