Vegan Sushi

Japanese restaurants are one of my favorites because they always have a load of vegan options, plus they tend to be pretty low in salt, oil and sugar. I went for sushi the other day and got avocado rolls, yam rolls, tofu rolls, and a seaweed salad!

  1. We’ve got a local place that makes sushi with sundried tomato and another with squash and they’re both AMAZING! People try it and then admit they regret getting fish.

    1. whaaat? sundried tomato and squash? I’ve never ever seen that before but it sounds awesome!! Thanks for the idea – I should try making it at home since there’s nowhere around here that offers that =P

      1. If you’re ever in South Florida, let me know and I’ll tell you where to go or take you myself. In some of their rolls they use dried flaked pumpkin instead of bonito flakes. I want to live at our local sushi place. 🙂
