Big Bowl of Vegan Protein – Quinoa & Lentil Curry

Over this past week, I’ve been putting a little extra attention into making sure that I’m getting all the protein and other nutrients I need to give my body a helping hand with my torn shoulder muscle. And I’ve been having fun with it! (the food, that is…)

Here’s last night’s dinner – loaded with all the good stuff!

No messing around with oil or anything like that – just good, fresh high-protein foods!  😀

    1. Aw thanks Becca 😀 I loove making curries with lentils and quinoa – you just can’t go wrong! (unless you add too much ground chili peppers, which I totally did last night haha)
