So, I’m still experimenting with that millet I bought the other day. I made a post earlier about the millet flour I made, but I tried putting the millet straight in the rice cooker, and it’s really good! I absolutely love the yellow colouring…it’s so pretty (:
I combined the millet with some Indian curry I cooked up with another new discovery: bitter melon (aka bitter gourd)! I also threw in some okra, eggplant, and bell peppers for good measure.
