Vegan Tofu Mousse for Dessert!

Tonight, I experimented with a mousse made with silken tofu! Love how it turned out 😀

  • 1 package (250ml) of sweetened silken tofu
  • 2tbsp sesame paste
  • vanilla
  • 1tbsp kanten bar (i.e. agar-agar)

…topped with plain sweetened tofu, shredded chocolate, and a dried cherry!
