So, using my homemade oat flour and chia flour, I decided to concoct a recipe and I came up with these nifty little cookies!
I mixed together the following ingredients:
- oat flour
- chia flour
- rolled oats
- baking soda
- ripe banana
- soy milk
…I just added enough of each to stir up a thick batter, and I try not to use the oven when I’m only baking for myself, so I cooked them up on the stove in a non-stick pan!
