Banana Cinnamon Vegan Oatmeal!

Today I want to share the absolute best, most tastiest oatmeal recipe I know of! It’s so delicious I eat it for breakfast as often as I can…or sometimes for lunch =)

The exact proportions of the ingredients vary every day depending on what I’m in the mood for, but to give you an idea, I usually throw in:

  • about 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • soy milk
  • 1/2 a sliced banana (super ripe is best!)
  • a very generous sprinkle of cinnamon

…and I heat that all up, then when it’s done I put walnuts and hemp seeds on top!
