Tonight’s desert was a real treat – it turned out amazing!
- 2 small pieces of melted vegan chocolate
- 1 dried fig, finely chopped
- chia seeds pre-soaked in soy milk
- 2 tbsp of pearl barley flour
…and I just mixed them into a paste and put it on top of a sliced banana.
For topping, I used hemp seeds, granola, and some cocoa powder. Really, really yummy!!
