Power Smoothie

This morning I took before and after photos to show how much veggies and fruit can get condensed down into one drink which I typically add on to my breakfast and it keeps me full for hours. I try to drink a couple of these every day – I just throw in any fruits & veggies I have lying around, usually along with a main baby spinach base, and it always tastes great!

  1. This looks really interesting! I don’t have a blender in my college dorm room, but when I’m back home for the summer, I definitely plan on finally making all of these crazy healthy smoothies I keep reading about 🙂

  2. Definitely! Lately I’ve been blending my baby spinach with half a frozen banana, soy milk, and a tbsp of cocoa…sooo good!
