I could eat this everyday!
I used to enjoy Waldorf salad the traditional way with mayonnaise or yogurt, but now I really love it just plain with no dressing. I’m sure nayonaise or vegenaise would also work just fine, though (:

- celery
- walnuts
- lemon juice (optional)
- nayonaise/vegenaise (optional)
